How it all started...
It all started one winter Sunday in January...
After spending many years serving in other churches under the lead and mentorship of a few different pastors, Larry, Bianca and a small group of 10 other individuals felt the call to "GO". Where this call would lead was uncertain to the twelve, yet they faithfully followed the calling of God.
On January 17, 2009, they gathered together in a Livingroom, worshipped together, broke bread together, and God began the River of Life ministry in their midst.

Expanding the vision...
God's journey can only be completed by allowing Him to lead, while you strive to stay faithful in honoring Him.
The church continues to grow, primarily from staying faithful to His Word, even in a world seeking a religion that just "checks boxes". It has been nearly 15 years since that first meeting and boy has God provided.
The church currently meets in Clarkston Michigan, offering a vast selection of Ministries for all ages. We strive to support local organizations seeking to spread the Gospel of Christ across the world, while demonstrating His love.
In 2016, ROLCC also went international, joining with a local minister in Kenya to open River of Life Christian Church - Kenya. ROLCC-Kenya has seen an explosion of growth as God uses them to share the beacon of Hope - Jesus Christ. People travel from hours away, by bus, and by foot to gather together and worship Jesus Christ

Where we will end is still in the hands of the Omniscient God, we however, will strive to stay alert to God's call in our lives.
